Radiator Fluid Leak @ Block

Hey Guys,
So I have been smelling radiator fluid for quite sometime now after driving/while driving. I popped the hood and found a leak on the drivers side of the block. I checked the oil, and its good, so I know that my head gasket isn't blown. The leak is coming from somewhere behind and below the front of the header. I just cant see 100% where the leak is. My rad. res. is dry, but it has been like that forever. I need to go buy some more fluid and fill it back up. Any suggestions as to where it is leaking?
Thanks

Sounds like you have a leaking freeze plug.

my temp sensor housing has been leaking for a while. It fills the valley of the block, and depending on how I park, it will run down one side of the block or the other. for $30 bucks you can have a shop PT it and tell you exactly, that is what I had to. For now I just keep it topped off.
