Rattling noise when accelerating

Good afternoon everyone, I am experiencing something odd with my 2006 Ford ranger 4.0l 4x4 automatic transmission xlt. So I just changed all my plugs along with the thermastat housing. The housing was leaking coolant and the plugs were due. So I did all the work put it back together and runs great no problems at all with getting up to speed. But however when I push my gas petal I get a rattling noise that sounds like it's coming from the engine bay somewhere. It happens all the time when the gas is pressed but as soon as you let go it disappears. Its really faint from in the cab but Its still anoying sometimes. I've never had this before I did the plugs. So far for trouble shooting I've put the truck in park and revert up the engine while looking under the hood and didn't hear it. So I put the truck in neutral and reved it from the cab still no noise, so then I put the truck in drive and held the brake and pushed accelerator for a second and then I heard it. So it only makes the noise in drive, so it's hard for me to run it and see what's going on at the same time. Do any of you have any ideas? I did run a tap through one spark plug hole when I was in there beouse the threads were not the best other then that I didn't do anything out of the ordinary.
thank you please let me know if you need anymore information I
did put motorcraft plugs back in
