redline's at 35 when in park/neutral
Im guessing its limited
will a chip/programmer take that off?

If your tuner adjusts it. Not sure if the canned tunes do or not?

only "chip" i know of that does that is the SCT XCalibrator 2.....but it is a tuner, not a chip...

I had a jet performance chip on my Tbird that took off the speed and rev limiter, POS chip though in my opinion!
