I have recently purchased a 1999 ford ranger with 165,000 and it has very poor gas mileage and also acceleration and I've heard good things about the seafoam spray Into the vacuum tube. Does anyone have any good or bad input about this spray? I don't want to ruin my engine a week after I purchased my truck. Thanks!

 

It will be fine just follow the directions on the back of the can.
