From what I've heard I'd stay away from JBA headers. I've heard that the fit is usually bad

Headers aren't going to give you any noticeable improvement, and the cost isn't worth it.

Well right now any kind of improvement would be great. I plan to get Volant Intake headers and maybe LiveWire...Big maybe on the LiveWire

Forgot to mention I priced a set of JBA ceramic headers at a shop. The headers were around 550.00 dollars. The install was 600 something and was gonna take them 4-5 hours

Those are just the Stainless ones...I dont think they are the ceramic coated ones he was quoted. BIG difference.

EDIT: Ceramic Coated is $610 on Underdog Performance

Ive talked to a few people and they said theyre not worth it. pricey, pain in the *** to install, and really no noticed improvement other than the truck was louder

headers are great for older vehicles. my friend just installed a set and a true dual exhaust on his '88 F150 with the 302 and they really opened it up
