Post somthing weird happened

Well i was driving home earlier today and mind you my tank was on E but no light was on...All of a sudden my foot went to the floor and my truck seemed to cut off..I has no power AT ALL, not motor sound either and all my tachs went down....then about 2-3 sec later it chugged a gurgle then kept on truckin....Im thinkin maybe the gas sloshed around and the engine didnt receive any.....Well when i filled up it took 15.5 Gal, and i have a 16.5 Gal tank.......Also sometimes when i crank my truck i get a missfire...ITs happed about 2 or three times this month....Im thinkin i need to replace my plugs and wires, and while im at it PCV and fuel filter.....

sorry its so long....lol

You might want to check your fuel filter as well. Crap collects on the bottom of your tank, and when there's not much in there and it's sloshing around you're likely to pick up some debris in there. It shouldn't be hard to check, but I've never done it on a ranger (yet).

Yeah ill change the fuel filter soon then, and i guess the plugs and wires too. Since im working in her..I seafomed her maybe 2 months ago...How often should you seafoam? And should you run a full can through the vacuum line, and the gas tank...
