squeaking/chirping under vavle cover

the last few days ive noticed a sound coming from the engine. it seems to be in the rear left area under the valve covers. i drove around for a few minutes to test it out, it doesnt do it when its cold, but after a couple miles i can start to hear it.

not sure what it is yet, but im going to take the covers off and look, and ideas?

I know this probably wont help, but you might try some sea foam treatment before you start pulling it apart. Just a thought though.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's probably just a baby bird chirping away in delight! Lol it could be a bad valve or worn spring causing the valve to not seat itself properly. Pull the sparkplugs out and compression test each cylinder. That is the only way you will knowif there is a real problem
