Top end noise only when warmed up

Top end noise only when warmed up
I have a ‘93, 4.0. Sounds great when it‘s cold. When it warms up and you rev it up, there is a loud top end tapping in one cylinder. Any ideas? It doesn‘t happen when it‘s cold.
