torque specs pleez
I have a 93 4.0 ohv and im in the middle of doing a head gasket if someone could help me with bolt torque specs for the heads rocker arms intake manifold and valve covers thank you

Heads: 22-26 ft-lbs, 52-56 ft-lbs, and then tighten an additional 90°
Rockers: 24 ft-lbs, additional 90°
Intake: 36 in-lbs, 72 in-lbs, 132 in-lbs, 180 in-lbs
Valve Covers: 60-72 in-lbs
The multiple numbers is the sequence to do it in.
