so I just bought a 1995 ford ranger with the 4.0 5speed.. truck runs great the only problem is that sometimes the tranny wants to grind when it goes into first.. so I gravity bleed the slave cylinder and no bubbles came out. it was fine for a couple days then today it doesn't want to go into any gear unless I put it in reverse first. then its fine... I have no idea what else to do besides tear out the tranny and check the Synchros in it. ive been working on cars for a long time and just cant figure this one out. any help would be greatfull....
