ok i have a 1983 ford ranger with some problems. problem number 1-the truck wont move in any forward gears or reverse. problem number 2-the shifter for four wheel drive moves in any direction but still shifts sometimes. any ideas please help. oh ya this truck is a dually ranger.

the truck is a 1983 ford ranger with a 2.8l carborated with a automatic transmission heres wat happened i was driving it home one day when i got home i went to put it in reverse it started to reverse then it stoped. so i tryed to put it in drive and the truck wouldnt move so i tryed every gear and the truck still wouldnt move. do u have any ideas?
