Water Pump Bolt Torque

Finishing up a water pump replacement on a 2008 4.0L. 2 questions

1. What are the torque settings for a water pump mounting bolts. They are 8 mm and there are 12 of them?

2. The original pump has a metal gasket. The replacement has a thin paper gasket. Is the metal gasket reusable? Should I use the paper one?

After failing miserably with the gasket provided with the pump. I now know what they mean by "paper thin". I went Fel Pro. This gasket is 4 or 5 times thicker, holds it shape and has a bead of???? I am gonna tighten to 10 lbs. on my torque wrench which quite frankly seems light.
