Sucks that you got the earlier ones. Not messing with the EGR is nice though.
Warning from experience: If you get an exhaust leak you can't track down on the passenger side, the manifold probably broke in half between the #2 and #3 ports. It breaks under the heat shielding, so no visible cues.
The good news about stock manifolds is that they are really easy to install in truck.
Chris
PS. Nice deal on the TM's, wish i paid that for mine.

alright so i checked today at autozone my codes again and now along with p1132 and p1152 im now throwing p1121. And whats even more frustrating is that my bro in law took a closer look and we went over some stuff and have concluded that i do not have a leak at the headers. So i at least got the header punched in a lil more to completely clear the steering shaft. Got some TB cleaner tired that to no avail.. truck has been running slightly more consistent lately however still running rich and loping at idle most of the time ONCE its warmed up. SO now im stuck like chuck.. BTW the rockers where what was making the chatter noise that i was hearing. I feel like a moron. I have rechecked the rocker arms and they are all tight. so y so noisy i have no idea. I also really dont know where to go from here. the only thing that is still in my head is the diff 0'2s but that wouldnt explain the p1121. im hoping that p1121 code will help me out in finding the problem. well see
Anyone got anymore ideas?

Is there a reason you're using a new ECM? I would cut my losses and get a universal 5.0 harness for a Mustang and use a 9AL computer. They're WAY more mod friendly.

I know I'm late to the party and know you're going back to stock manifolds, but can you make them work by removing culprit header and take a grinder and trim the UCA rear mount on the inside of the frame? Is it just hitting the UCA mount on the backside? I'd explore(r lol) those options before ditching them entirely.

I dunno about the leaking injector anymore (of course ill still check) becuase small as it is, still leaning toward bad 02's. my main reason. EVERY morning i start her up and she is perfect. no loping no stalling nothing. Its only once she gets warmed up that she started to have the issues.

Does anyone know how to test my TP sensor to see if it is bad? voltage test or anything? my MAF is new and since p1121 refers to the TP/MAF relationship. if the TP is busted that would cause the Air/fuel issue and the p1132 p1152. !!! got i hope its a stupid simple sensor... the p1121 didnt go off in the beginning but is there now and has been last few times i got it read.

Appriciate it! just saw a quick how to video on youtube. for 22 bucks at autozone its worth it just to replace it and clear the codes then see what happens IMO

I've actually had a vacuum leak cause a uber-rich condition (aka gas out the pipes), but that was on a A9P mustang ECM (OBD-I). Not sure what the OBD-II comp will do in that case.
Hope the TPS does it for ya, I wanna hear this thing running right, lol. This is getting to be the most painful easy swap ever.

try the 02's I guess if you haven't. When I found out I had two bad ones it fixed the problem I was having kinda like you after the truck was warm. cause problems like the ICS would effect the truck cold and get better when warm. slowly you will get it weeded out. its just so hard to pin point such small things in a whole engine setup when it clearly looks fine everywhere.
