hello guys, i'm talking to a man with a 89 ranger , 302 out of a 90s mustang, auto trans, project, still needs wiring headers raditor and hooked up. no bed, 4 in lift on the suspenion, he says that the trans is not right for 4x4, it is a c4 with a kit. what all would i have to do to get it back 4x4? change trans or add a transfer case and shafts? not got any pics yet but what would be a fair price for this project? sound intresting but want to see pics and price before i drive 5 hours to look at it.

 

thanks for all the help. i have found out that i only need to get a transfer case for the trans, and the pics look pretty good. jut have to get there before it sells.

 

sorry, now it seems that my info may have been wrong. do any of you know if the trans will take a transfer case or do i have to change out the c4 to a c4 4x4 trans?
