I have a 1988 EFI 5.0L engine I bough for my Thunderbolt project and its a CA, car and I'm noticing That The wiring diagrams I have from my repair manual on my downer car don't match whats actually on the engine, the harness for the injectors matches the book perfectly but the EECM harness is different none of the wiring colors jive at all.
GUESTION:Where can I get a CA 5.0l wiring harness diagram?

 

See if it matches the '89 diagrams. I believe the '88 CA Mustangs were mass air while the rest of the country still had speed density. You could try www.helminc.com to see if they have the '88 CA mdiagrams.
