Quick Question

Wondering about expo 5.0

Do i need to get o2 sensors for that motor, or would an o2 sensor from my 3.0 work?

i think i have my cats left somewhere in my garage and i wanted to replace them since i don't know the mileage on the ones that are in there.

thanks.

Didn't Mark have issues with the 3.0 O2 sensors? I thought he switched to the 5.0 ones during all his problem solving

put it in and drove around a bit, checked codes and nothing about o2 sensors, so thats a good sign, time will tell on the mileage tho.

Might as well ask in here instead of a new thread all the time bout the truck, whats the easiest way to find out if my cam sensor is squeaking? i've been looking around on what my squeaking could be, and looks like that could be it.

Take the accessory drive belt off and start the engine for a moment. If the squeak is still there with no accessories or pulleys turning, it's a good chance it's the cam sync. making the noise. If the noise goes away with the belt off, it may be a tensioner, idler, etc.
