i got 88 ranger i want to swap a 302 in i already have the 302 and c-4 tranny now i heard i might need a new computer but what i want to know is will the fuel pump work will the fuel lines work what all will i need ? i am wanting to make this sort of a somwhat quick prject so let me know asap whats up ill be pieacing it together but i will do i right by the way it will be fuel injected so will i need mass air or can i skip it dont know if exporer is mass air also would i be able to use a mustang 5.0 computer let me thanks guys

 

well are you going fuel injected or carb'd? if your going fuel injection, i have a mass air harness in the garage from a mustang i'd be interested in selling.. and as far as the rear goes, there are swap kits out there.. and manuals as well.. and btw.. lots of topics on this.. do a search
