memphis belle

are they worth it?

im thinking about getting one once i get a job.
im applying for a job at best buy as a mobile audio installer until i get a job as a journeyman electrician. (about 3 months)

what are good brands that make good component door speakers?

im going to have to get a cap and a better alt, my lights dim as it is already.
could be the fact that i have the ORIGINAL battery?!?...

the one im looking at is a 5chan.
MCH1300
RMS Power 4 Ohms Stereo Ch 1-4/Ch 5 (4 ohms Mono) 14.4V
75x4/300x1

the 300watt channel will push my memphis 8" sub, should be fine, the sub is 200x2 watts max.
and the 75x4 will push my kenwoods until i can get some components for the doors. (the kenwoods can stay in the back)

my current setup is in my sig and i love the way it sounds, i just think the kenwood amp for the door speakers is on its way out. (it smells really bad when i turn it up loud for over 5min.

i havent gone to the memphis site to verify.. but i thought the memphis belle was 75x4 and 1000x1 the 300x1 could be at 4ohms im guessing?

but all the memphis amps ive used 300/4 mclass and 1100.1 mclass were AMAZING! then someone wanted the 300.4 more than i did and stole it outta my truck, along with some cds/cash/pack of gum/condoms and started pullin at my subs

I have a baby belle, and I love it. If you can afford it I'd say go with it.

if i find a buyer i will include a bridging module and a bass **** for $650 shipped. the module is needed for the sub input of the amp and it runs about $100 from a dealer and the bass control gain is not needed, but its a nice convenience. that retails for about $75 from a dealer. so you are getting a good deal.

the dimensions are like 24or26X7x2.5
oh ok, that table must be small then.
will that amp be ok with my 8" memphis sub?

its not a single voice coil. it has two voice coils rated at 100watts rms and 200 watts peek per coil.
it will be a few months before i get one, if i do. (the belle)
