any one know anything about memphis amps?

my memphis amp just stopped working and instead of the green power light lighting up, theres a red "protect" light coming on. What does this mean? and ive seached high and low for my manual, cant find it at the moment. anyone?

it can mean many things...you're running it too hard too long, running it without enough ventillation, or have some wiring issues. check your ground. make sure enough air is getting to it.

possibly a blown resister inside the amp. or one of the components might have gone bad.
