any one know anything about memphis amps?
my memphis amp just stopped working and instead of the green power light lighting up, theres a red "protect" light coming on. What does this mean? and ive seached high and low for my manual, cant find it at the moment. anyone?

unplug the speaker/subs and check the ohm reading. plug in another speaker you know is good. if the light goes away in either try its the sub. if the amp goes into protect with no load present, it may be a bad ground or the amp may be on its way out. any pics of the install?

my old memphis 1100.1 only over heated one time but thats becasue it was VERY hot outside and i jam out alot. but i popped fuses every now and then...
check fuses, make sure the wires are in all the way and tight.
