Do you have a sub box behind your seats?

I'd just mount it under the seat, its out of the way and keeps the truck looking clean

Both of my amps are mounted under my seat. Well, my MB Quart amp is big as hell so it's under the seat as far as it can go and just hangs out the rest of the way. But my Rockford amp for my door speakers fits under the seat perfectly.

Clean out the jack area, & make a box to mount the amp. Looks clean!

Or flush the amp in, and have it look even cleaner.

I definitely wouldnt mount my amp under my seat.. not a good idea, only because it needs to keep cool and get air to it. mines mounted on my sub box, and it makes its appearance above my center console that way it gets all the air it can. I push my subs pretty hard, and my amp gets warm, so the more air I get, the better.. I had made a mount to take out my little side seat in the back and put there, but it didnt work out like I planned.. but it was also mounted below my back window at one point, I just wasnt happy until it was on my box getting air. but, from what I've learned in my years with car audio, not a good idea to mount your sub in a small area like under your seat.. just my two cents.
