Can Anyone ID this?

found this in my searching, its at a great price, but i need to ID it. Im assuming its a factory unit, but i cant find what vehicle


any help will be great






and the little info it had on it:
This is a new ceiling mount DVD player usable for all vehicles. It is a Panasonic #15821036, serial #118572, reference #CIV-SG0561ZC. It has a 7" diagonal screen with built in lights for ceiling. It is new and never used.

Thought it looked like the in my moms windstar but I don't think so.

Maybe a Chrysler Town and Country?

I dont think its a Chrysler, they have the DVD input in the front and the remote snaps in at the top of it.

I thought that was from a 2004+ F-150. I'm not sure but I thought that they used a rail system on the ceiling so that might be what it's from.

I think it is maybe from a windstar or some chrysler van cause my friends parents has a van with a dvd thing just like that. cant remember what van it is tho
