Have any of you guys installed headliner speakers?

Not much support up there though, you'd prolly need some fabbing done to hold the weight

Is that quality stuff?

My experience with LMC has been average at best, I'm not impressed with their stuff.

I bet someone has done a custom set up

what year does it fit tho? that is pretty sweet.

on a side note, i always wanted to get a shelf like the one in that link but i'm afraid of the visors hanging too low.

I saw a pic of a customized OHC that had a 6" speaker or sub..looked nice

Had a 6.5" regular speaker in it. You could possible try to find something like the FJ cruiser has. They are technically not speakers more of an exciter but it sounds pretty good and it is a compact unit.
