I still have my stock stereo. When I try using my IPod with the FM transmitter I cant find a decent signal. Ive tried the cassette adapters but they wont work with the Ranger cassette player (auto reverse keeps kicking in). Is there a way, regardless of damage done to the stock stereo to disable the auto reverse? I had a nice HU that I could hook up the IPod with, but someone decided they wanted it more than I did so Im not going to put aftermarket equipment in my truck. Or is there another way to get the transmitter to work better?
