Front Camera Wiring help

So i have a DVD/MP3 Double Din Head Unit, I already have the Rear Camera installed, Triggered by the Reverse tail lights, it works great. I noticed on my stereo there is a button for Front Camera, and i See the Wire on the Stereo Wire Harness for Front Camera, I Will upload a picture of the instructions they provided me with,
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Ground (Pretty basic)
2. My guess is this will go to a 12v power, only when key is on. ? maybe tap into head lights ? or straight to battery ?
3. Front Camera wire On Back of Receiver, (Pretty basic)
4. Cut Out. ? i do not know what to do with this wire
5. RCA into FCAM Slot on back of Deck (Pretty Basic)
if someone can please help me on the #2 and #4 wires what to do with. thanks.

No, it doesn't make much sense

Camera needs 12v and ground, if you don't want a dead battery then yes, key on 12v

If radio has a 2nd video RCA jack then hook that up to the camera

Reverse light trigger should override front camera if it was on

You don't mention the year of the Ranger but engine fuse box in most years will have a few Key On fuses, use a volt meter and test or post the year and I will have a look at which fuse only have power with key on

In 2008 engine fuse box, fuses 39, 41 and 43 will only have 12v with key ON(run), but not in ACC
You can add a piggy-back fuse to any of these

Google: add a fuse tap

These have to be used in a certain "direction" so look at a few videos on installing them, but they are very easy to use

thanks RonD ! i didnt even think to tap into that fuse box ! brilliant idea ! I have tapped into at least 3 on the interior. on my diagram i will run #2 wire to the fuse box there. Instead of the Reverse bulb giving it power, it will be the fuse there. Still not sure about if #4 even needs a wire ?
