GO Underdog!!! I can't believe my Ears!!

Okay, so I have been looking for an AM/FM/CD/MP3 player. I tried the Ford factory CD/MP3 Cassette combo unit.. It just didn't have the sound that I was looking for.. Originally I had the 02 6-disc non mp3 changer unit. I changed it for a Pioneer Single Disc 50watts x 4 with EQ and Sat-Radio interface.. Shortly after I sold it and got a Sony Xplode... OUCH!! That sucked.. Then I tried a Kenwood KDC-X579.. It was okay but the unit was too powerful for the stock speakers and they blew like a fat mans heart at Denny's..

Here is where it gets weird. All the guys I work with are like Boston Acoustic this and Audiobahn that....

4 Pyramid 6x8 3-way speakers...
A bazooka EL-Series powered band pass 8" Sub Tube,
A Dual Audio Am/Fm/MP3 CD Head Unit <-- Check The Site..

I am turning some heads with the little rice-rockets that Boom around with sub's that have a larger diameter then their own flywheel.. Man they pi$$ me off.. Anyway.. For the whole audio package H/U, Sub, 4 speakers, wire and H/U Install Kit... $350... That’s how much 1 guy I work with spent on 2 audiobahn speakers.. Even he says Damn when he sits in the truck... I also like that the H/U has an RCA input so I hooked my XM Radio up the input and it sounds awesome.. I will toss some pictures up when I get a chance.. But if anyone is looking for a good budget minded sound setup.. PM me for a full list of what I got and where... You just can't go wrong...

I know best buy had a deal if you bought an amp over 200$ you got 2 dual 10's for free. I hooked one of them up in my wave box and they sounded alright. Now the amp was turned all the way down and would have blown the crap out of the subs, but for what they were (read: free) they sounded pretty decent.

ROTF LMFAO

Now that's funny... But in all seriousness look at your truck... That thing is freakin SWEET!!! It just looks bad-a$$ standing still... My truck looks like a redneck's dream... The Diamond Plate Job-Box, stickers on the back window, NO MUFFLER, and Self Sprayed bed liner would make the duke boys proud..

The only Ext. Mod I have is I painted the Grill Black, and I converted the fog light to be able to use 9005 high-beem silverstars...

have to add that boston acoustics are very nice speakers, subs, and amps especially their g5 subs and z6 components

but i wouldnt touch audiobahn with a 20ft stick

I have alot of audio stuff that cost more than your whole system
