Only worries me because that is less than I even pay for it, and normally from what I have learned that means it is refurbished. All of my stuff is listed with a (R) if it is refurbished, and most of it is just an open box item, nothing wrong with it. But if the box has been opened it has to be sold as refurbished :-)
