Help me find a good deal on a nav/sirius head unit, please?

For one, I have no idea where to buy my next unit from, but I do know not to get one from best buy, or other stores and would rather get something online and install it myself (for price wise)

But also, I never have any idea what I want, because to be honest, I don't spend much time in the car audio stuff and know who makes good brands or what. So I figured some of you car audio guys could help me find what I'm looking for... Here is my list of wants:

Nav system (alright this would just be nice not to have a stick on window deal)
Sirius ready (again, I have wires running from my current unit to my radio, and into my 12v lighter)
MP3 player (off of CD or USB drive)

My guess is thats an easy list to find in a radio now days, but now to my main problem of where to get it from? Any online stores I should check out? Ebay doesn't sound that great, but maybe?

Its going into an '07 ranger if that helps anything.

look around on www.crutchfield.com

even if you don't buy it from there, they have lots of information. If you do buy it from crutchfield, shoot me a PM, I can save you a couple bucks.

Just punch it into google or check on crutchfield... that's what I usually do.

I guess just the single din because its going into the ranger dash, and I think its too small for a double din.

Honestly, if I find a system that is $800 and has everything I want I don't have a problem picking it up. But of course, if there is a system out there that will do the same job for $300, I'd much rather spend less money.
