My dad just recentley bought a mach 1000 speaker system for his cobra and he got a mach 1000 radiohead with it and he's not using it. So i decided to try it in my 02 xlt, but i plugged it in and there was absolutely no bass. I had an old mach mp3 system but it jammed with a cd. What can I do if anything?

 

Without the external amp and subwoofer, that radio won't put out any bass. It's like running a surround sound system, and leaving out the sub.
