need specs on a sub woofer
need specs on a sub woofer
Hey, I can't find this sub on the internet. Could someone find the specs on it for me? I have amp that runs 220 watts rms @ 4 ohms. Would that be to much for it?
It's a 12" kenwood tornado. It says 600 watts on the back

the amp you have will push it, but dont over do it. keep the bass level low and go from there..how many chanels is the amp if it is one channel just connect it normall. - to - and + to +. but if its more than one channel do not bridge it. first do one channel if you see that that isnt pushing it then bridge it. but keep the bass level low.. anywase if you burn the sub you cant say you wasted your money on a sub.......
found it finnaly. i dont know if it corret though.

says 180rms. would 220 rms be to much? My amp is like 220 bridged and 75 rms not i think. i'll double check on that

Oh, it's 200rms bridged an 65 x2 not lol. My sub in my ranger can handle 50watts rms more...hmm...
But yes, the tornado would go into the 97 ranger extended cab if I got it.
200watts rms on the amp, 180 for the sub. 20watts rms over shouldn't hurt should it?
