New system done

So I finally got my new system installed.

First off I replaced the factory CDSUX with the Kenwood KDC-794.

Then I got an amp from Tyler Martin, painted it black (from yellow). I built the amp rack after realizing the amp wouldn't fit under the passenger seat.

You might notice one of the speaker wires is unhooked. I have to re solder the left rear speaker

The amp kit was from Knu Konceptz. 4 gauge power and ground wire with 12 gauge speaker wires. 12 gauge was probably overkill.

I've had my Alpine S series door speakers for over 5 years and I love them.

The whole system sounds so much cleaner. The clarity and range of sound is awesome.

NOTE: If any of you guys want to run new speaker wire comfortably. You need at least 40 ft to run it comfortably.

It's a Lightning Audio amp 400W.

Nothing special, just needs to last for a year or two till I make a big upgrade.

I wasn't wanting to get anything special just yet.

To you sir, i give a hearty handslap for your both clean and organized appearance i believe that alone is worth half the bragging rights of your equipment, even if its not "top of the line".

How do you like that deck so far, care to take a quick video of the functions?

Being clean and organized was my biggest concern when doing this install. Thanks for the compliment

I love the new deck, I have a review up in the product review section.

I will take a video as soon as my girlfriend lets me borrow her camera. lol
