PLEASE HELP

I have a Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD sterio. It says it will fit in my double din slot but theres a lip hanging from the cover that it goes in to over. Can i just cut this lip of plastic and slide it in? I need help to get this installed.

Cant find nothing on it. Pioneer says it should fit with no cutting. Im afraid if i cut nothing will hold it in.

yea just dremel it however if you want a cleaner look cut it with a really sharp razor knife and the unit holds in on the left and right side so you'll be fine

Just dremel the lips down, you do not want big lips on your double din?
