Question on Ranger Headunits

i have the factory 6 cd changer. Im Tired of Cd's.
Do the newer rangers have the aux input on the front?
Wanted to know if the new rangers had them or maybe another ford, so i can plug and play. Rather than buying a wiring harness and all that b.s.
Thanks
edit: another thing.. any of the other factory headunit have sub RCA's out back?

I don't think any of them have it on the front, they have it external. But it probably wouldn't be too hard to rig an external one up if you have a deck that supports it. Also I don't know of any factory ranger units that have RCA outs. You'd need a line output converter.

He doesnt need line out if he is using the HU to run the speakers.

You're going to do more work getting a newer unit to work in your vehicle than you would just buying an aftermarket unit and installing it.

There is no audio input on your unit. There are units that allow you to plug into your radio in an your antenna plugs into the unit and your audio in is on whatever radio channel you set it to.

Welcome to the joy of having a 6 cd headunit. You can take it apart and take out the jammed CD.

The setup I have in my truck is an alipine deck with a unit that plugs in the back and you can plug your ipod into it and control it through the head unit. I love it, it costs a little more but it works great.
