Hushmat Ultra install

So heres some pics of my reg cab install so far.I have yet to finish doing the inside of the B pillars because I dont know if its worth doing b/c of time and advantages. The doors are going to be finished in spring cuz its getting to cold to do them.I didnt cover shifter plate in floor b/c I will be mounting a B&M pro stick under a custom console.I do have a few questions for the guys that have soundproofed their trucks

Has anyone completely covered firewall behind dash up to windshield?

For those that have done the outer door skin whats the easiest way to get it inside door and nicely on inside of skin?

How many layers has everyone done and is it worth to double layer it?

Should I go over the uncovered spots and cover them? Will it even matter?

Last car I did this in was my 91 Formula and I used Dynamat Extreme and covered every sq inch in that vehicle w/ every piece butting up to or overlapping, had 100 sq ft in there

Headliner is easy to get out. Take off visors,a pillars, dome light and theres a small black clip about the middle of door opening holding headliner up on each side. I can get more pics of anything if needed. You may have to pull B pillar plastics a bit to get headliner out of way on one side but then I just lowered and took out of truck. Unfortunately itll be coming back out b/c I seen alot of guys doing the h/l in suede and now I wanna do that

And the only way I can tell about roof being covered is when you knock on it.Its a nice dull thud but Im sure once I do the doors in and out itll all make a huge difference. I like quiet

Thks for that, I will be taking my interior out soon for new audio system.
Already did the floors, back and sides of the cab, still need to get the roof and doors.

If you get pics of the Suede Headline post them, like to see that.
