Replace aerial for DAB

Icon7 Replace aerial for DAB
Hi, I have a 2005 Ranger XL with the old extendable metal aerial. I have a DAB radio, which only works on FM/AM and not DAB. I know I need a DAB aerial. Has anyone founfd a good kit to replace the extendable aerial with a modern DAB aerial? Current fitting has 2 screws holding it to roof just right of windscreen. Thanks

We are based in North America, We don't have DAB radio here, so we would have no idea of the antenna needed.
