My homemade pipe clamps. 2 of many we have in the shop.

The top and sides glued and screwed. I had to use a little brace at the bottom to hold it square since there wont be a wood bottom.

Uh oh, looks like a miss cut. HAHA. Jk, i had to cut it 2 inches longer to be able to fit the subs on the baffle.

I got the subs drawn out on the front baffle. I cant draw the circles for the port yet, bc i aint sure exactly how big the flare is on the 4" aero. I should be able to order the ports either tomorrow or wednesday.

Looks great so far man. looks like alot of work.

Your Box makes my 10" enclosure that Im getting ready to build soon, look like a little craft project. haha.
Have you checked if that thing fits yet? that thing's got to be heavy. you might have to upgrade your springs now

Is it even necessary to calculate box volume for your setup? or is it just basically as much as you can get?

I redrew up the box again bc i did not like the placement of the subs in the box above. I like this one a lot better.
The sqaure in the middle will be plexiglass.

I got my head unit installed. This thing is awesome. I like it a lot. I had a pioneer head unit like 3 years ago. Im glad i sold my clarion indash and got this. My door speakers sound a lot better and a lot louder.
