Anyway the enclosure doesn't look bad im just giving you a hard time, but if you take a few extra minutes and round the outer edges over, and use a rounding bit with the little notch ( i call it a rabbit bit, don't know why or if its even based on any fact) you give yourself a much easier time when stretching the carpet over, and you leave yourself a nice little groove for your carpet to round itself over into the port and tuck in nicely flush with the port, and throw some paint on that port yo!
If you notch the edges of your side pieces to the enclosure before you assemble it you can also give yourself a delicious little groove to tuck your carpet into and not have to fool around with all of those triangle pieces lining up or coming unstuck, that method is just a mess and iv never been good at it.
The round just gives it that much more ya know, just my .02 =). Check out the last few things iv built and tell me the round edges arent the bees knees
I havent had a chance to build anything for a ranger yet...weird.. either way, just giving examples, not intentionally trying to ***** out my pics, naw mean??
