It's pretty sloppy right now. I'm going to be moving that battery to the bed and the box is getting carpet. Audioque HDC3 12" being pushed by a MB Quart Discus 2000.1D @ .5ohm

After you relocate the battery, pick up the router and round them edges over

Anyway the enclosure doesn't look bad im just giving you a hard time, but if you take a few extra minutes and round the outer edges over, and use a rounding bit with the little notch ( i call it a rabbit bit, don't know why or if its even based on any fact) you give yourself a much easier time when stretching the carpet over, and you leave yourself a nice little groove for your carpet to round itself over into the port and tuck in nicely flush with the port, and throw some paint on that port yo!

If you notch the edges of your side pieces to the enclosure before you assemble it you can also give yourself a delicious little groove to tuck your carpet into and not have to fool around with all of those triangle pieces lining up or coming unstuck, that method is just a mess and iv never been good at it.

The round just gives it that much more ya know, just my .02 =). Check out the last few things iv built and tell me the round edges arent the bees knees
I havent had a chance to build anything for a ranger yet...weird.. either way, just giving examples, not intentionally trying to ***** out my pics, naw mean??

If I had access to a router I would. I don't do enough wood work to justify buying a router or else I would.

Use some elbow grease and sandpaper, those edges will round out just fine

If your sub hits hard enough it might... Think of it as chemo for a rusty truck... haha

I have a dremel. I just mentioned that a router was not on my list of things to purchase anytime soon haha I'll probably hit the edges with a dremel and them really round them with sandpaper. The top edge needs taken down a good bit so it will sit flush with the trim.
