I have this sub box, Box
and i have the sub facing the flip down seat.
Would i gain any extra sound quality from the sub or more bass output if i took out that seat because its not like its doing me any good anyways.

not anything noticible. turn the box around, so the sub faces your seat. having it face that way, with the port faced up, will give the best spl placement.
