i am thinking about adding a subwoffer to my truck to get a little extra bass i don't wan't or need any huge system i think im going to get a 10" sony http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...uct_id=7788886 im going to put that in this http://walmart.scosche-cars.com/prod...ductID=3661253 and i think this amp if it will be the right one (i think it is) unless i find another amp cheaper http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...120&c=3&tp=115 i am either going to put all of this in the middle of the ext. cab or behind the pasenger seat what do you guys think? oh and i forgot to tell you the sony head unit i bought (cdxgt11w) does not have rca jacks on the back so im going to have to use this http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...42SLC4&tp=2001 acording to crutchfield

everything you are talking about buying and have bought is junk. sorry to put it so blunt. only decent thing is the amp. sony is junk and has been junk for years. if you want a nice budget system get a rockford fosgate setup 10"sub, you can use that amp, and a custom built box built to the right size for the sub, and a pioneer or alpine headunit. need any help pm and i can guide you right.

i had a jlaudio w0 10" and i liked it. it was in a basic box from a local car audio shop hooked up to a 600w powerbass amp. it was pretty good, but it got stolen. i currently have a 1000w powerbass hooked up to a Alpine Type R 12" in a box from best buy. It hits pretty hard
