Tight Fit?
Hey guys i have a 98 ranger reg. cab, and I'm looking to put a sub in the truck
now i know this sub is big but if i make a custom box do you think that i will be able to fit the below into the truck? i was thinking that i would make the box right in the middle of my 60/40 seats where the arm rest is. i think the mounting depth is about 6 inches or maybe a little less. if i don't get this then i am going to go with some r/f p3 shallow mounts
Sub- 12" Kicker 06512L5-2 (1200 watt dual 2 ohm)
Amp- Kenwood KAC-7203 1000 watt 2 way
Speakers- Pioneer premier TS-A831P (6x8 3 way 240 watt max)
Head unit- JVC KD-g230
thanks
Josh

well my buddy and i just built a box for his standard cab, but we built it for two tens. His truck doesnt have any of the rear interior paneling so we were able to squeeze the box in. I like the idea of kicking it up where the arm rest is, but its going to be eye catching which is good and bad.
