you do know that head unit doesn't play cds right? just making sure

but aside that yeah it seems like a pretty good set up to start off with. you don't need something too overkill in a small cab anyway

lol you really like alpine huh well looks nice but ill help you out i always buy from these guys super fast shipping great customer service

Alpine SWR-1243D 12" Type-R Car Subwoofer/Sub (SWR1243D)

Alpine MRP-M500 Class D Monoblock Amplifier (MRPM500)
i kno its 10 dollars more but they'll price match

the deck is the same price from they but they do include free install gear and shipping will prolly be better if you get it all from one place

I would ditch the second sub and amp.
instead, get a set of front speakers and a matching amp for them.
I would spend a few bucks on a couple of sheets of sound dampener too.

It wouldn't be much of a system without replacing any speakers...

I recommend 6 1/2 component speakers. (not coaxial)
which specific ones you choose is up to you.
best thing to do is go listen to them in a store.

Many ppl don't though, some choose based on specs, other choose because someone else runs them, and others just buy matching brand names. None of which are good ideas... specs are never accurate in car audio world, choosing based on what someone else runs is bad because everyone hears differently, choosing based on brand name is just a complete shot in the dark.
