15x8's rims for 11.5 tires. It'll look sweet IMO!

15x10s are too wide for that tire.

The bolt pattern sould be 5 x 4.5 right?

They law in Maine are a pain, my stock tires are around a 30.6.. if i go 32's there diameter is 31.6... if i go 33's there diameter is 32.4... so i want something alittle bigger so i can still get a sticker..

In pa, you're only allowed to go two sizes up. Mine came with 245's stock, so my 265's are maxxed out. Hah! For a few months.....

Here it is no size bigger then stock on any vehicle that has abs. Anything else can go two sizes bigger.

Bigger tires then stock equals no inspection sticker or a ticket for altering a vehicle after inspection. With mean I pay a fine and have to take off my new tires. Or worse my mechanic gets hit with the ticket for inspecting it and loses his inspection license. So the are real pains up here. But...

They are talking about letting you have bigger tires if you go to a ford dealership and have them reprogram your computer for the larger tires with would cost a around (100-150 bucks) and you get a certificate (to show the cops or your mechanic) but with me i want to put my stock tires and wheels back on for the winter. So that deal would cost me alot.

If I get a bamachip programer cant I change it myself?

humm.. I have been thinking really hard on getting on. So I am getting new tires, wheels, and an X2. I will still think about 33's though. Thats what I really wanted in the first place. Plus 33's would look better with a superlift (coming this fall but thats a diffrent story).

You're buying new rims and tires right? Go with 33's and when inspection time rolls around put the stock rims and tires back on. I know alot of ppl that do that around here.

wow. those laws suck! In FL, nobody cares.. there are trucks as tall as my house with 42" boggers on the road, and they will never get stopped. Plus, to get a plate sticker here, we just go the city hall building with proof of insurance and pic it up.

Yeah the suck. Basically it all come down to our state govener had an acident a few winter back where his driver flipped his suv over on a icey road going around a corner. He blamed the rollover on the oversized tires on it not that his driver was going to fast on an ice cover road. So he started a new law.

Plus before that they were hard on vehicles that didnt have abs that had bigger tires.

I want to put my old tires on when getting it inspected but if I get caught it may get blamed on my mechanic and not me. Or i get a big fine and have to take the tires off completely. I will see if this new law thing will pan out or not.
