What about using that plastic c-channel door edge trim? You use it to keep from bumping other peoples cars when you open your door. It comes in different colors, silver, black, red, clear, etc. It would probably fit perfectly.

I cut down some wooden window and door shims and painted them black.

I used the rubber molding off of a explorer rear flip-glass. shoved the channel down onto the exposed flange between the rear trim plastic and the window glass - pushed down hard - and the rattle went away - made it look nice because you have a nice black rubber trim look toit instead of that big gap with the exposed body flange (ford cost save) - the sliding glass is a little tighter but no more noise - MTX 9512-44 with a mtxta81001
amp in a sealed box

My stock slider rattles so bad, now it raddles from just the flowmaster! Not to mention the 12". I've made some real thing wedges from a scrap 2x4, and stuffed it in between the window and the frame. I want a solid, or an aftermarket 4pc rear window....where there's two window that slide away from each other. Or try a folded up hot wheel card, that's what I did for a while.
