Car wash brush?
Car wash brush?
Last week I washed my dad's and my father in laws trucks. My father in law owns a Silverado and I had to use a ladder to reach across the hood. Tonight I saw a car wash brusch at Wal Mart for $15 or $20 with a telescoping handle and a soap reserve and a place for your garden hose to fit into it. The bristles seem really soft so I know hard scrubbing with it wouldn't be possible. Has anyone tried or used one?
Also I noticed some scuff marks that don't the interior color. The scuff marks are black and the interior is tan. How can I get them off the interior?
Thanks!

The telescoping brush I've seen and although a little flimsy does work decent.
For the interior you can go to any store that sells a general carpet cleaner (Wal-Mart, Target, Dollar Store, etc.) in a can or spray and depending on how deep set the stain is apply by spraying, lightly dabbing, letting dry, and vacuuming up. Read the directions and you'll be fine. I recommend the Bissell Carpet Cleaner. It comes in a white and red can.

I use a brush like that to clean my families E-150. It works good for a quick clean. You can't scrub the bird dung off very easily, and i've never hooked it up to the garden hose or put soap in it, never found a need.
