Not sure why I am having issues finding this, or if I just need to buy bed rails and break out the dremel and do it myself (rather not do).

My Google-Fu skills have been lacking with this, would love some pointing in the right direction if anyone can help.

 

Sounds interesting, but appears to be a custom job. I've only seen pickups with two stake holes per rail. Just out of sheer curiosity, why do you need three? Does your truck already have three?
