New Meguiars NXT Tech Wax Paste!

Has anyone on here tried the New Meguiars NXT Tech Wax Paste? I wonder what the advantages/disadvatages are to it? Or if it is the same as the liquid but as a paste. It's only $15.99 I think I am going to go pick some of it up and give it a try.

P.S.- Hey Zaino People

As far as I know its been out a while, I have seen it in stores plenty of times. I personally like the liquid better because its easy to apply and leaves no dust. I find the paste likes to leave dust like Zach said and I dont find it as easy to apply.

But its NXT so you cant go wrong, give her a try.

Not to hyjack the thread here, but what are the benefits of liquid wax vs. paste, other then the above mentioned easier application and less dust? I used to think you got a thicker layer of wax with the paste, but I don't think that'd happen.

Post results when you can Roach, and make sure to use it on those painted headlights when you do it!!!

Well I might as well start off with my first negitive post. I hate this stuff. I have the liquid...a FULL bottle. I got tired of trying to apply it after the hood! Wanna buy it at a cheap price? Anyone live nearby? Wanna pick it up for $10?

What is your problem with it? Too hard to apply or something? Thats very weird, I have found NXT to be the easiest product to apply ever and I have used MANY products.

For me..it was incredibly hard to apply and remove..and my paint is showroom smooth..not chaulky or ruined...and for the shine I got for all the work..it was not worth the effort. I have switched to a paste wax called Collinite 476S. It is expensive ,and this stuff is hard to apply/remove, but it leaves an incredible shine and lasts nearly forever! It still beads up for like 6 months at a time and fills in minute scratches from other waxes. My $.02.

I've done a lot of online research on waxes and the consensus of opinion is that given the same wax in liquid and paste form the liquid will give as good a shine and last as long as the paste, and of course its a lot easier to apply.
