A/C Compressor Problem Solved

This is kind of humorous. Recently my A/C in my ranger stopped working. I didn't worry about it right away because it has been cool here in Florida. Recently we have had a few days in the mid 80's so I took my truck to my mechanic to have my A/C checked. I told him not to fix anything until he called me because I was seeing major $$ signs in my mind. He called me a few hours later and said he had found the problem.......the compressor clutch had fallen off and was lying on the frame along with the bolt that holds it on and he would bolt it back on and top off my refriderant for $50 bucks. Hope you enjoyed this, I thought it was funny, check your bolts.

Haha nice, at least it was something simple and not one of the lines. I had to replace the line that goes from the condenser to the compressor to the drier... That was a real pain in the a$$
