Check Engine code P0113 on a 01 Ranger 2.3L
Hey guys, I'm new to this stuff so bear with me. I have a 01 Ranger 2.3L DOHC. I've been getting this code (P0113) for at least 2 years now. Had it checked at both AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts. Get the same code every time. I've had my intake manifold off 3 times. The most recent of which I replaced the Intake Manifold(with a brand new one from Ford). This code says that I have a high voltage reading on the intake air temperature sensor. The catch is that my 01 Ranger did not come with this sensor. Well, I thought that maybe the new intake manifold was the remedy( I know that I was getting serious vacuum leaks due to wear on the intake runner valve shaft on the old intake). However, the check engine light came back with the same code after replacing the intake manifold. The engine runs relatively normal now, but I'm still getting shuttering regularly while cruising at light to medium throttle, i.e., missing. whereas, when I push the throttle down, it doesn't miss at all. Any suggestions? I'd like to get the light out and stop the missing. Thanks for your help.

P0113 Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input
You should start your own thread, "I am currently having the same problem, but with a “low voltage” reading"???
So you have P0112 Intake Air Temperature Circuit Low Input
And you changed the IAT sensor?
