Valve cover bolts

2001 2.3 duratec

I'm looking to replace my valve cover gaskets since I've got oil leaking into the spark plug well. I haven't found anyone who has a good suggestion on replacing the valve cover bolts or grommets. It looks like some people use grommets or bolts for other engines, but I would worry they aren't the right size and wouldn't seal properly.

To anyone who has replaced their valve cover gasket, what have you done about these? Can a generic grommet that is about the same size seal well enough and do I need to be more concerned about width, height, etc?
