2004 2wd front wheel hub for cobra brakes?

It seems I'm late to the Ranger game. I have picked up a 2004 supercab 2wd 3.0L Ranger. I saw a few threads on the adaptation of Cobra brakes. I have an 03 Cobra that I have upgraded with Baer 6 piston calipers, so I have the original calipers collecting dust and would like to use them on my Ranger(I have 17" wheels).

I can work out the bracket to space the caliper properly, but I was wondering if anyone knows the part number for the wheel hub used in the conversion so I can fit cobra rotors. I know the bolt pattern is the same but the rotor and hub are separate unlike the oem rwd Ranger setup.

Thanks
