2022 Low Speed Vibration
2022 Low Speed Vibration
I have a 22 Supercab. It's had a vibration since day one. It's been back to the dealer 4 times. They have identified the issue as a "pinion angle adjustment" to be corrected under TSB #22-2051 (attached). They keep tweaking the angle, it gets better, it gets worse, it moves from acceleration to acceleration and deceleration. They finally said they can't do any more, they need direction from Ford. The fact that the vibration is changing with each tweak tells me they are on the right track but just can't fix it.
This TSB has been on the books since the beginning of this generation. It was preceeded by 20-2277 & 21-2136. I found on the interwebs that Ford told dealers in Australia to test all new vehicles and not to deliver them until it was corrected.
I just sent a letter to corporate because I'm not getting anywhere with the dealer. I can't believe they keep shipping vehicles with a known problem.
Anyone else gave this problem?
Any thoughts on getting things done at Ford?
